Located in Newton, NC, Connections was established in 1990 in response to the need to offer supports in the local community to individu- als in mental health recovery. Connections provides opportunities to assist individuals with a mental illness attain education, employment, hous- ing, wellness, and friendships. Our standing commitment is to provide a sense of belonging and self worth, a place of hope, a place of respect and dignity, and a place of opportunity for individuals vin ith a mental illness.
